Generally a banner will take 3-5 working days to reach you from the time that either we receive artwork or the design has been approved by you via email.

Artwork is required in the following formats: preferably a Hi-Res PDF, however, Illustrator, Photoshop Tiff, EPS are acceptable. You can upload artwork via the 'Upload Artwork' to the left below the basket.

If you are unable to produce artwork in the correct format yourself, we will be delighted to produce this for you, but we will need a rough idea on layout (i.e. what text you require) and also for you to upload any required imagery/logos.

Unfortunately these roller banner stands are only for indoor use as they do not have water/sand fillable bases and could easily be damaged.

We use national couriers to deliver our banners. They are packaged very well and should reach you in perfect condition. You are also able to have your banners delivered on a Saturday or at a specific time (pre-9am/pre-midday) for an additional charge, although this is not available to all parts of the country.

Absolutely. We print to 720dpi (Dots per inch) (Addressable) so the quality is excellent.

We can only print on one side of the material we use for the roller banners. However, if you would like a double-sided solution why not take a look at our ST2-85 Roller Banner Stand and our DL-2 Roller Banner Stand.

All our products are available to order online. Select your product and qty's then add to your basket. When you place your order you will receive an order confirmation via email. Once we have processed your order we will contact you for payment.

If you have indicated that you require artwork, please upload/send through any relevant information (or you can type this into the 'Notes' box during ordering). If you are provided artwork, please upload using our 'Artwork Upload' facility.

If we are creating the artwork for you, the next stage is for us to provide you with a proof of the work. This allows you to see exactly what you have ordered and check the content.

We will also provide confirmation of the job details such as quantity, sizes, cost and delivery timscale.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 days. Due to seasonal variations we can sometimes be inundated with orders. If your order is urgent please check with us for our current delivery times.

All goods are sent with a national courier. Although our delivery is free we do charge for timed deliveries (pre-9am/pre-midday). These are selectable from within the basket.

The couriers will deliver up until 6.00pm. We are able to deliver on Saturdays and specific times at extra cost. PLEASE NOTE: These prices are only for delivery to Mainland UK. For delivery prices to outside of Mainland UK we are happy to provide individual prices.

As our products are made bespoke we are unable to offer refunds. In the event of a roller banner being printed incorrectly we will collect the banner and replace it for you. Although we send all our banners with a national courier we cannot be held liable for late deliveries by the couriers.

Artwork must be supplied at 300dpi and preferably as a high quality pdf, however, Illustrator, Photoshop Tiff, EPS are acceptable.. If you are sending multiple banners please put the size and quantity as the file name. Artwork can be produced at 20% of the final size.

It is important that all fonts are embeded or converted to outlines please check this carefully as it may result in your banner not being printed correctly. Please also note we are unable to accept any Microsoft files as printable artwork including: Word, Publisher, Excel & Powerpoint, although we can use these files to reproduce artwork from. Artwork files can be supplied at 20% of final size for roller banners which contain bitmap images (photo imagery) or as small as 10% for banners which are entirely vector.

Please send us a brief (this can be in the format of a word file or similar) together with any necessary logos or pictures (remember these need to be hi-resolution and NOT taket from a website!). If you have any question please contact us.

We will then put your artwork together and send you a proof for your approval prior to printing. Please allow us up to 2 days to design your banner.
